MAI CIKI RAMAWA ZA TA YI KO CIYARWA?

As-Salamu Alaikum,

Ina kwana? Ina da tambaya a kan mai ciki idan ta sha azumi, to wai dole ramawa za ta yi ba ciyarwa ba?

Wa Alaikumus Salaam Wa Rahmatul Laah.

[1] Mun amsa tambaya makamanciyar wannan a kwanan baya (# A089). Ina ga za ta iya biyan buƙata a nan. Ga tambayar tare da amsar:

MAI CIKI DA AZUMIN RAMADAN

As-Salamu Alaikum,

Ina da ƙaramin ciki wanda bai kai wata uku ba, kuma ga shi ina fama da matsalar jin yunwa. Domin daga safe zuwa dare nakan ci abinci aƙalla sau bakwai (7). Idan kuma ban ci ba, ina wahala sosai. Wani zubin ma ko tashi ba na iyawa. Don Allaah! Yaya zan yi? Ga kuma Ramadan?!

Wa Alaikumus Salaam Wa Rahmatul Laah.

Da farko dai ina ga zai yi kyau ki tuntuɓi likitoci da sauran masana harkar lafiyan masu ciki, domin ki samu tabbacin ko wannan matsalar ta yawan ci babba ce ko kuma ba wata babbar matsala ce abin tsoro ba a gare ki. Domin cin abinci har sau bakwai a yini guda a cikin halin rayuwar yau ba ƙaramar magana ba ce, musamman ga talaka mai ƙaramin ƙarfi. Allaah ya sa dai lafiya.

Dangane da hukuncin azuminki kuwa, wannan malamai sun sha bamban a cikinsa. Amma dai abin da muka fi natsuwa da shi, shi ne ra’ayin waɗanda suka ce: Matar da ta kasa yin azumin Ramadan saboda matsalar ciki ko matsalar shayarwa, to sai ta bayar da abinci ga matalauci a maimakon duk wani yinin da ba ta yi azumin ba.

Dalili kuwa: Allaah Maɗaukakin Sarki ne ya ce:

Kuma abin da yake a kan waɗanda suke ɗaukarsa da wahala shi ne fansa: Ciyar da abinci ga musakai.
(Suratul Baƙarah: 184.)

Game da wannan ayar, Abdullahi Bn. Abbas (Radiyal Laahu Anhumaa) ya ce:

‘A kan wannan: An yi wa tsoho da tsohuwa ne sassauci, waɗanda suke ɗaukar azumin da wahala cewa: Su ajiye azumin in sun ga dama, kuma su ciyar da abinci ga matalauci a maimakon duk yinin da ba su yi azumin ba, kuma babu ramuko a kansu.’
Har zuwa inda ya ce:

‘Ya tabbata a kan tsoho da tsohuwa idan ba za su iya yin azumin ba, haka kuma mai ciki da mai shayarwa idan suka ji tsoro: Sai su ajiye azumin kuma su ciyar da abinci ga musakai a maimakon duk yinin da suka sha azumin.’
(Sahih Al-Bukhaariy: 4505).

Sannan kuma Anas Bn Maalik Al-Ka’abiy (Radiyal Laahu Anhu) ya riwaito daga Annabi (Sallal Laahu Alaihi wa Alihi wa Sallam) ya ce:

إِنَّ اللهَ تَبَارَكَ وَتَعَالَى وَضَعَ عَنِ الْمُسَافِرِ شَطْرَ الصَّلَاةِ ، وَعَنِ الْحَامِلِ وِالْمُرْضِعِ الصَّوْمَ
Lallai Allaah mai Albarka da Ɗaukaka ya yafe wa matafiyi rabin sallah, kuma ya yafe wa mai ciki da mai shayarwa azumi.
(Abu-Daawud, An-Nasaa’iy, da At-Tirmiziy, da Ibn Maajah suka riwaito shi)

Yafe musu azumin yana nufin za su bayar da fansar abinci ne. Haka manyan malamai guda biyu daga cikin sahabbai: Ibn Umar da Ibn Abbaas (Radiyal Laahu Anhumaa) suka bayar da fatawa:

Ad-Daaraqutniy ya riwaito da wani isnadin da Al-Albaaniy a cikin Al-Irwaa’u: 4/19 ya ce: Nagartacce ne, daga Ibn Abbaas (Radiyal Laahu Anhumaa) cewa: Shi ya ga wata baiwarsa mai ciki ko mai shayarwa, sai ya ce: Ke kina matsayin wanda ba zai iya ba ne. Wajibinki shi ne: Ciyar da abinci ga talaka a maimakon duk yinin da ba ki yi ba, kuma babu ramuko a kanki.

Haka nan dai ya sake riwaitowa daga Ibn Umar (Radiyal Laahu Anhumaa) cewa: Wata matarsa ta tambaye shi alhalin tana da ciki, sai ya ce: Ki ajiye azumin, ki ciyar da abincin talaka a maimakon duk yinin da kika ajiyen, kuma kar ki rama.
(Dubi: Irwaa’ul Ghaleel: 4/19-20).

Sannan kuma a cikin Sahabbai ba a samu wanda ya saɓa musu ba. Sannan kuma ayar (waɗanda suke ɗaukarsa da wahala) ta haɗe duk da su, kuma a cikinta ba ambaci komai ba sai dai ciyarwa kawai. Haka Ibn Qudaamah ya ambato a cikin Al-Mughnee: 4/395, kamar yadda ya kawo a cikin Tamaamul Minnah: 2/166.

Kuma yadda ake ciyarwar shi ne kamar yadda Sahabi: Anas Bn Maalik Al-Ansaariy (Radiyal Laahu Anhu) ya nuna ne:
أَنَّهُ ضَعُفَ عَنِ الصِّوْمِ عَامًا فَصَنَعَ جَفْنَةَ ثَرِيدٍ ، وَدَعَا ثَلَاثِينَ مِسْكِينًا فَأَشْبَعَهُمْ
Lokacin da ya kasa yin azumi a wata shekara, sai ya shirya abinci masaki guda, ya gayyaci musakai talatin, ya ƙosar da su.
(Ad-Daaraƙutniy ya riwaito shi, kuma isnaadinsa sahihi ne, in ji mai littafin: Irwaa’ul Ghaleel: 4/21).

Wannan ne karsheb amsar wannan tambayar.

HADA SALLAH SABODA RUWAN SAMA

*TAMBAYA TA 100*  *HAƊA SALLAH SABODA RUWAN SAMA*  _As-Salaam Alaikum,_ Ranar Asabar bayan faɗuwar rana muka kai ƙarshen azumi na 13 a wannan shekara ta 1440 bayan Hijira. Mun ci dabino, mun kurɓi ruwa, kuma muka yi addu’ar shan-ruwa: *Zahabaz Zama’u, Wab Tallatil Uruuq, Wa Thabatal Ajru in shaa’al Laah* kafin mu fita zuwa sallar Maghrib a masallacin farko a layinmu: Layin Masallaci, Sabon Kawo Kaduna. Bayan sallame sallar Magrib sai liman ya miƙe, ladan kuma ya fara tayar da iƙamar sallar isha’i, da manufar a haɗa sallolin kenan, *Jam’u-Taqdeem.* A nan ne sai wasu mutane da suke sallah a wajen masallacin suka fara faɗin: *Ba hadari fa!* *Ba ruwan sama fa!* Amma liman bai saurare su ba, har aka kammala sallar.
